There was supposed to be a nice gap of oh, let’s say 10-12 years, between raising my own kids and having grandkids under foot.

I always planned on having a few years to myself, when I could buy nice things, not have my stuff torn up, spilled on, cut up, spit up on, etc. before heading for the rocking chair.

I thought I had childproofed my house – but they keep getting back in!
